Dayton's Pest Control Services, Inc is locally owned and operated by Dayton Hylton, a Knoxville native whose fascination with bugs was sparked by a life-threatening bite he received as a youngster. He learned all he could about insect pests and eventually earned a Master's of Science Degree in entomology from the University of Tennessee.

Dayton knows his bugs—and the best ways to eliminate pest problems. After graduating from UT, he worked for three pest control companies before founding Dayton's Pest Control in 1985 to serve Knoxville area residents and businesses. Today, the company employs 16 service technicians and is one of the area's most respected and well-known pest control companies.

The only Knoxville pest control company with a degreed entomologist at the helm, Dayton's has always been a leader in adopting technological improvements for better pest control. We are an authorized operator for Termidor® Termite Defense and the Sentricon® Colony Elimination System, the "state of the art" in termite control.

The company is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the National Pest Control Association, the Tennessee Pest Control Association, the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, the Knoxville Home Builders Association, the Greater Knoxville Apartment Council, the Knoxville and Pigeon Forge Hotel-Motel Association and Business Network International.

Current customers include Knoxville area residents, private schools, restaurants, office complexes, apartment buildings, commercial buildings and industrial buildings.
